The Product: Hand woven baskets designed in a color block pattern using earth tone patterns seen in the rural areas of eSwatini. Hand-dyed sisal wrapped in the coil shape represent the balance of nature.
The Story: More than 1,400 rural emaSwazi women have trained over the past 35 years with this organization. They have 20 master weavers and work directly with 33 women’s groups across eSwatini, focused on growing financial independence for their weavers.
